Aronia fudge
5 dl organic coconut milk
5 dl syrup
5 dl sugar
450 g of your favorite chocolate
½ dl Aronia juice
½ dl Aronia powder
Cook in middle heat until the mixture is 122 °C. Add chocolate (chocolate used in here is oat chocolate from Vintage Plantations), Aronia juice and Aronia powder. Pour the mixture into a small pan covered with baking paper 20 x 35 cm. Add some more Aronia powder on the top and let set for about 24 h before cutting to pieces. Store in a cool and dry place.
