Oat crisps with apple and Aronia
4 portions
4 apples
3 dl rolled oats
3 Tbsp Aronia powder
1 dl honey
100 g margarine
Slice the apples and place in a greased form. Cover the apples with kitchen foil and let them soften while baking in the oven (225°C) for 5 minutes. Mix together rolled oats, melted margarine and honey in a bowl. Cover the apples with the mixture and bake additional 15-20 minutes. Serve with vanilla custard.
