“Änglamat” with Aronia
4 portions
2 dl cream
1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
1 Tbsp sugar
2 dl Aronia jelly
3 dl toasted bread or digestive biscuits
Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar. Toast and then dice the bread. Layer the whipped cream, toasted bread and Aronia jelly in a big serving bowl. Enjoy with a glass of Aronia juice.
