5 dl Aronia juice
4 dl water
1 dl apple juice
5 Tbsp potato flour
1 dl sugar

Mix all ingredients in a pot. Heat up the mixture and bring to boil while stirring. Let simmer and continue to stir. Pour the crème into serving bowls and serve with a dash of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
