Filling Aronia smoothie

2 portions

1 Tbsp Aronia powder
3 dl natural yoghurt or ”Juustoportti” strawberry yoghurt (free from added sugars)
2 Tbsp honey
1 dl Aronia juice
2 Tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
½ dl cashews
2 Tbsp oat flakes (oat cereal)

Peel and cut the banana into pieces. Mix all ingredients. Serve in a tall glass. Decorate with a pinch of Aronia powder.
